Refund policy

If you're not happy with an export, we'll refund it. Email methan1177@gmail.com within 30 days of paying, with the email address on your Stripe receipt (or the receipt number). You don't need to send your model, and we won't ask for it.
- Single export ($1.30): refunded in full.
- 10-export pack ($5): unused exports are refunded at $0.50 each, or the whole $5 if you haven't used any yet. After a refund the code stops working.
- If a payment went through but the export didn't (for example your browser closed mid-way), first try again from the same design: re-downloads are free for 24 hours. If that doesn't work, we'll refund you.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
